*Inova Employee Benefits and Perks:** *Health, Vision, and Dental Coverage** *Life Insurance, Short/Long Term Disability** *NEW*! 4 weeks PAID PARENTAL LEAVE* *Retirement: *Inova matches dollar for dollar the first 5% of your eligible pay that you contribute to the plan* *Competitive salary: *Pay based experience* *Amazing Paid Time Off: *Accrue PTO hours on your very first day of work* *Supplemental Plans: *Including Auto/Home Insurance discounts, Pet Insurance, Identity Theft Protection* *Additional Benefits:* Educational Assistance of up to $5,250/year, Student Loan Refinancing, Adoption Assistance, Child Care Centers, Scholarship Program, Free Parking, Exclusive savings opportunities to in-store events, theme parks, discounts, movie tickets and local offerings and so much more!See Full List of Benefits and Eligibility Here: 2023 INOVA BENEFITS GUIDE*Requirements for consideration:**Minimum Education:** High School diploma or GED equivalent; National Automotive Sampling System training completed within six months of hire date.*Years of Experience:** 5 years experience in crash reconstruction.*Job Responsibilities** Develops monthly and quarterly reports and presentations for the CIREN Program.* Establishes and maintains a variety of relationships with outside agencies and consultants, in support of the project.* Manages the Crash Investigation Sampling System (CISS) database in support of the CIREN Project.* Perform Crash Investigation Sampling System quality crash reconstruction.* Performs CISS quality crash reconstruction.* Performs scene inspection requiring retrieval of physical evidence, location determination, ascertainment of vehicle(s) speed and travel direction, and measurement of road evidence (tire, scuff marks, etc.).* Performs exterior examination of vehicles involving detailed measurement of damage and crush profiles.* Performs interior vehicle inspection including examination of glazing, restraint systems, steering column, seats, and other vehicle compartment structures for precise documentation of damage extent, intrusion, and occupant contact points.* Collects and records data consisting of written documentation and photographic evidence in accordance with CISS CDC Digital Photographic Guidelines.* Enters appropriate and accurate data into the National Highway Traffic Safety Administrations (NHTSA) CDAN single sign-on CIREN application. Assesses data on an ongoing basis for submission to QC Control.* Prepares crash summary to include measurements, vehicle dynamics, occupant kinematics, and crash analysis.* Prepares and submits a scaled scene diagram using the FARO Zone 2D program.* Presents findings at scheduled case review conferences involving multi-disciplinary discussions concerning injury-producing mechanisms as required.* Interfaces various Police Departments in the Virginia, Maryland and West Virginia area for support in data collection and crash reconstruction efforts.* Other duties as assigned.#LI-AL1ABOUT USWe are Inova, Northern Virginias leading nonprofit healthcare provider.
