Job Description:
Our client, a privately-held and well-known company in the
Baltimore, MD area is looking to hire an Accounting Manager to join
their growing team! The company offers the flexibility of working a
HYBRID work schedule (1-2 days/week in office) while providing an
excellent work life balance and flexibility! This Accounting
Manager will oversee a team of three accountants and report
directly to the Controller while working alongside the CFO and VP
of Finance. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for will be
responsible for overseeing the daily financial transactions,
month-end accounting, financial reporting, balance sheet
reconciliations, and annual budget preparation for multiple
entities along with ad-hoc support to management. This Accounting

sports environment! Accounting Manager Qualifications: Bachelor's
degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA a plus! 5
years of full-cycle accounting experience(public private or all
private) Supervisory experience Proficiency in accounting software
such as Sage Intacct, Excel, and various reporting tools Strong
analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Highly
organized and flexible. Excellent communication skills with ability
