Bonus stock options Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a
dynamic and experienced Senior Accountant - Financial Reporting to
join our team. This is an incredible opportunity to join a leading
company in the Accounting and Finance industry. The ideal candidate
will have a deep understanding of financial statements, technical
accounting research, and GAAP. They will have experience working
with 10-K, 10-Q, SEC, and financial reports. This role requires a
hands-on approach and the ability to assist in the filing of press
releases with the SEC. If you are a CPA with experience working in
publicly traded companies and have a passion for financial

Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze financial statements in
accordance with GAAP. Conduct technical accounting research to
resolve complex and unique accounting issues. Prepare SEC filings
such as 10-K, 10-Q, and assist in the filing of press releases with
the SEC. Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and
timely financial reporting. Review financial data for accuracy,
correctness, and completeness. Ensure compliance with all internal
controls and corporate policies. Participate in the preparation of
annual budgets and financial forecasts. Assist in internal and
external audits by preparing supporting schedules and responding to
auditor inquiries. Stay current with all regulations, practices,
tax laws, and reporting requirements. Provide guidance and
mentorship to junior accounting staff. Qualifications: Bachelor's
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Certified Public
Accountant (CPA) designation is highly preferred Minimum of 2 years
of experience in financial reporting or public accounting.
Experience preparing 10-K, 10-Q, and other SEC filings. Deep
understanding of GAAP and other accounting principles. Proficient
in technical accounting research. Strong experience with financial
statements and financial reports. Experience working in publicly
traded companies either directly or through public accounting.
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving
abilities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both
verbal and written. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and
accounting software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong attention to
detail and a high level of accuracy in work product. A proactive
approach to problem-solving and the ability to make decisions under
