Tax Director - Future Partner | Relocation Opportunity Northern
Virginia (Great Falls Area) Base Salary: $150,000-$200,000 Bonus

public accounting firm in Northern Virginia seeking a Tax Director
- Future Partner to join their leadership team. You'll take over an
established book of high-net-worth clients and play a key role in
the firm's long-term succession plan - all while enjoying the

Great Falls - a charming, sought-after area with local restaurants,
cafes, parks, and easy access to Tysons, Reston, and DC. Relocation
Support: Relocation reimbursement or flexible transition timing
available for the right candidate. Partner-Track Succession: You'll
transition into a retiring partner's book of clients and be groomed
into a partner role. Real Work-Life Balance: OT outside of tax
season is rare. First 80 hours of OT can convert to vacation - up
to 5 weeks PTO possible. Tight-Knit Team Culture: Regular outings,

collaborative success. Key Responsibilities Lead the preparation
and review of 1040, 1041, 1065, and 1120S returns Manage and grow a
pre-established book of private clients, trusts, and small
businesses Oversee junior staff and support team development
Partner with firm leadership on strategic initiatives and
succession planning Use CCH Axcess and QuickBooks for tax prep and
workflow management Qualifications CPA required; 10-20 years of
public accounting or family office tax experience Strong 1040
background with interest or experience in trust & estate work Ready
to relocate and grow into a partner-level leadership role
