Controller - Manufacturing Industry Location: Lebanon, PA (in
general vicinity) Compensation: $150K - $185K Bonus (16-21%)

leave. What We're Looking For Manufacturing Finance Expertise -
Minimum of five years of financial leadership in a manufacturing
environment. Type A Personality - Outgoing, driven, and proactive
in solving financial and operational challenges. Analytical &
Strategic Thinker - Strong financial acumen with experience in
budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis. Career-Focused - Someone
who wants to grow into a senior leadership role. Education - B.S.
in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Tech-Savvy - Oracle
experience is a plus. Key Responsibilities Lead monthly closing
cycles, ensuring accurate reflection of financial position
(P&L, capital base, cash flow). Provide financial analysis and
guidance to plant leadership to drive profitability and cost
efficiency. Oversee planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes
for the operation. Ensure compliance with financial policies,
internal controls, and reporting standards. Develop and mentor a
team of finance and procurement professionals. Work closely with
operations to drive continuous improvement and cost-saving
