The integrity of the metal closing processes and results. Leading, executing, and driving unit cost reduction efforts. Providing an accurate decision support system to facilitate pertinent business decisions. Evaluate and implement continuous improvements to the financial systems and processes to ensure reliability and consistency with policies and procedures, and efficient and timely responses. Maintaining the financial records in accordance with GAAP Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution Minimum 5 years experience in Accounting or Finance Preferred Qualifications: Experience with standard costing systems and budgets MBA/CPA/CMA Relevant experience in a manufacturing environment Experience with Enterprise Business Systems such as Oracle or SAP Experience in data base query tools such as Microsoft Access, Oracle Discoverer, Hyperion, Essbase, Smartview and related programs Experience with AS400 Interested in hearing more?
