The Nursing Practice Excellence Manager collaborates with executive nursing leadership, entity-based practice specialists, and interdisciplinary partners to promote consistency, optimize patient and nursing outcomes, support regulatory readiness, and drive organizational alignment. /n/n Key Responsibilities: /n/n /n/t - Evidence-Based Practice Implementation – Use EBP skills to advance nursing practice and patient safety /n/t - Nursing Outcomes Oversight – Drive nursing sensitive indicator performance in partnership with leadership and frontline nursing teams /n/t - High-performance team leadership – Guide a team of Master’s-prepared nursing experts to improve nursing practice across the health system /n /n/n Requirements: /n/n /n/t - Education: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) required; DNP preferred /n/t - Licensure: Registered Nurse License - Current Maryland license or eligibility to obtain Maryland license /n/t - Certification: American Heart Association issued BLS /n/t - Experience: 5–7 years in professional nursing practice with experience in clinical leadership, quality improvement, or system-level project management required.
