experienced ERP Federal Financial Management Order to Cash Analyst
with expertise in federal financial management to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of federal Order
to Cash processes and regulations and will play a key role in
analyzing, documenting, and improving financial management systems
and practices. The successful candidate will work closely with
clients to lead workshops, understand requirements, design and
present solutions, assist with configuring an SAP S/4HANA financial
system, and support full software lifecycle implementations across
several federal government business process areas. This position is
located in one of CGI Federal's offices in Fairfax, VA, Lebanon,
VA, Lafayette, LA or Knoxville, TN; however, a hybrid working model
is acceptable. You will be required to work in a CGI Federal office
two days per week. Your future duties and responsibilities: •
Analyze and document business processes and requirements related to
federal financial management Order to Cash, ensuring alignment with
regulatory standards and best practices. • Collaborate with
stakeholders to gather, validate, and prioritize requirements for
financial management systems and processes. • Develop functional
specifications, process documentation, and business cases to
support system enhancements and process improvements. • Conduct gap
analyses to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions
to optimize financial management practices. • Assist in the
configuration, testing, and deployment of financial management
systems, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, the USSGL,
and Treasury reporting. • Provide training and support to end
users, facilitating effective adoption of financial management
systems and processes. • Participate in project planning and
execution, contributing to successful project delivery and
stakeholder satisfaction. Required qualifications to be successful
in this role: • Due to the nature of contract requirements, U.S.
citizenship and successful completion of a CGI background check are
required prior to beginning work. In addition, candidates must have
the ability to obtain and maintain a DHS EOD/Public Trust
clearance. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business
Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. • Minimum
of 6 years of experience as a business analyst in federal financial
management, preferably within the government or public sector. •
Expert knowledge of government cash flows, disbursements, and
collections, including familiarity with Treasury regulations, the
Treasury Financial Manual (TFM), Treasury posting models, and OMB
guidance such as Circular A?11. • Strong knowledge of and practical
experience with federal financial management systems and related
programs such as G?Invoicing, TROR, and the Treasury Offset
Program. • Strong understanding of federal financial management
processes, regulations, and standards. • Experience with ERP system
implementations such as SAP, Momentum, or Oracle Financials,
particularly in financial management modules. • Excellent written
and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate
technical and financial information effectively to diverse
stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem?solving skills,
including the ability to identify issues, resolve problems, and
recommend solutions. Desired qualifications: • Experience in
project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring
of project activities. • Certified Government Financial Manager
(CGFM) or similar certification. • Experience with SAP ECC, SAP
S/4HANA, Momentum Financials, or Oracle Financials. CGI is required

the compensation range for this role. The determination of this
range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level,
experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To
support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI
typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range
for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts
and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the
current range for this role in the U.S. is $100,800.00 -
