Partnership Marketing Specialist will be responsible for increasing
brand awareness through strategic partnerships, contributing to
omnichannel customer acquisition and retention. The scope of work
will include cultivating and managing monetized influencer
relationships and identifying and launching cultural moment
campaigns. This role will also be responsible to understand the
intricacies of the AD USA vendor setup.In this role, the ideal
candidate will assist in launching paid, monetized, and nonpaid
marketing campaigns to drive branding and PR for the US market. The
right partner/s will elevate our Brands by sparking admiration for,
loyalty to and reconsideration of our five great local brands -
recognizing each as an omnichannel trail blazer in their
market.Recipe for Success - What's "in store" for the
roleCollaborate with the Savory, Monetization, and Brand marketing
teams to build, manage, and optimize CPG funded influencer
campaigns, as well as all Savory influencer campaigns Work with our
CPG partners to build an influencer brief for each CPG funded
campaignDiscover content creators, cultivate and manage
relationships, negotiate and manage contract process, and lead
content editing/ approvalEducate and inspire influencer excitement
and engagement about our Brands Provide reporting for each campaign
including metrics, insights, and creativeManage influencer vendor
tools, including RFP, negotiation, and daily managementIdentify
cultural trends on social media and present to the PDL and Brand
marketing teams to quickly launch ad campaigns Provide regular
cultural trend reports to PDL marketing leadershipIdentify CPGs to
participate in the campaign and present the campaign to CPGs Assist
Brand teams with quick activation campaigns. Including approval,
creative, tracking, and reporting Assist in the launch of large AD
USA strategic partnershipsWork with PDL, RBS, Ahold, and Delhaize
internal teams on internal partner setup (i.e. 1st party data
share, legal, VMO, security)Provide reporting on partnership,
including metrics, PR links, customer satisfaction surveysIdentify
non-paid omnichannel partnerships to further cement ADUSA's
position as an omnichannel leader in groceryExplore merchandising
opportunities through Ship2MeIdentify test & learn product
opportunities and partners for Private BrandsThe Essentials In Your
Cart - The required ingredients Bachelor's Degree4+ years
experienceStrong understanding of marketing technology capabilities
