Job Description:
DescriptionWe have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing
Associate III to join our Office of Publishing. You will help to
support email marketing systems (Marketing Cloud) and user
databases by monitoring and managing workflow process, assisting
with data hygiene and integrity efforts, and assisting with list
growth efforts. You will also be responsible for overseeing
campaigns to generate submissions for our Prizes & Awards
program.
In this role, you will work to successfully create and execute
email marketing, print, digital and social campaigns, and will
communicate closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to
ensure that marketing is created and executed in a timely manner,
adheres to branding guidelines, and meets client expectations.
Additional tasks will include creating marketing plans and web
landing pages, managing marketing calendars and reporting on the
effectiveness of systems and campaigns. Travel to exhibits,
tradeshows and Award ceremonies will be required.

The anticipated initial rate of compensation for this position is
$60,000 - $75,000 per year. AAAS currently provides the following
benefits for this position: paid vacation leave, paid sick leave,

insurance, life insurance, vision insurance, retirement benefits,
short- and long-term disability, each subject to the terms of the
applicable program. Additional benefits may apply.
Any actual offer of employment, reflecting the total compensation

and will be based on a variety of factors, including years of
experience, depth of experience, and other relevant factors. AAAS
