The Big Task For a Plumbing Apprentice We're looking for exceptional Plumbing Apprentices who can deliver world-class customer service. As a Plumbing Apprentice you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to demonstrate technical competency and exceed customer expectations by accomplishing the highest quality of service, every time. Key Sub Tasks For a Plumbing Apprentice Assist Lead Plumber in all Plumbing service calls; be efficient and accurate. Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction. Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business. Assist in properly troubleshooting jobs; adhering to quality checklist. Support lead Plumber in maintaining a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck. Participate actively in all formal exercises led by our Plumbing Technical Trainer in our on-site Training Center and on-the-job training to master technical competency. Assist in completing accurate and timely paperwork. Experience Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities. Strong verbal and written communications. Passionate about Mattioni Plumbing, Heating & Cooling and loves the brand. High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections. Job Type: Full-time Schedule: 8-hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday On call responsibilities Overtime Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour Supplemental pay types: Overtime Pay On Call Pay Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Candidates must be able to pass a drug and background test (honesty policy is appreciated) and have an insurable driver's record.
