Lead and mentor a team of roofers, ensuring high-quality workmanship. Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates. Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials. Maintain a clean and organized job site. Assist in estimating project costs and managing budgets. Resolve any on-site issues promptly and efficiently. Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years of roofing experience, with a focus on residential projects. Proven leadership skills and experience managing a crew.
