Job Description Job Description Plumbing & HVAC Service Technician Pay : $30-$40/hour Location : Harrisburg, PA Job Type : Direct Placement Job Description We are seeking 1 Skilled Service Plumber and 1 Skilled HVAC Technician . Company specializes in residential service work, changeouts, and small scale commercial jobs. All of their customers are within Cumberland, Dauphin, and York County, PA. The HVAC Technician must have an EPA Universal Certification, and be familiar with completing changeouts, diagnosing, and troubleshooting systems. The Service Plumber must be good with diagnosing and repairing pipes. *There is no on-call schedule. This is Monday - Friday from 7am - 3:30pm.* Responsibilities Perform service, repair, and installation of heat pumps, oil/gas furnaces, mini?splits, and boilers. Troubleshoot HVAC systems and diagnose issues efficiently. Disassemble, replace, and adjust defective components. Recharge air?conditioning systems with appropriate refrigerants. This position offers 100% paid benefits by the company, is long-term direct-placement, and offers a company vehicle within 90 days! Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $83200.00/yr. Raises: Yearly cost-of-living raise of 3%. Additional raises based on performance reviews and performance of company. Retirement planning: Simple IRA with company match up to 3% Benefits: · Health insurance: Capital Blue Cross -100% Company Paid for employee. $5,000 deductible · Dental care: United Concordia Dental, $32.21 per month for employee, covers two cleanings and up to $1,000 of qualifying treatment per year. · Vision care: NVA, $5.80 per month for employee, covers one examination per year with $10 copay · Disability: Short-term and long-term disability available as additional elective benefit. Time off: · Vacation: 10 paid vacation days after first 90 days of employment and 1 additional vacation day added after each year of employment. · Sick time: 3 unpaid sick days per year · Holidays: 6 major holidays plus one floating holiday are paid time off after 90 days. Other: · Transportation: Company vehicle with company paid fuel and maintenance. · Tool program · Professional development: $500 yearly for professional development materials or professional memberships (with department approval).
