Job Description Job Description TEKsystems is looking to hire
several Customer Service Representatives to work for a Healthcare
client based in White Plains, NY . These positions would take place
ON SITE in a newly furnished office. These are entry level
positions with one of the top healthcare organizations in the White
Plains, NY area. The pay rate was recently raised to $21/hr! These
positions would interview right away and start as soon as a new
hire was available. We are seeking an individual that would be
generally responsible for: Field calls from clients & customers
regarding pension plans, healthcare plans, and financial
information Receive upward of 70-100 per day Enter customer
info/conversation info into database while fielding inbound call
Field calls with the utmost level of customer service
Qualifications: 1-3 years Call Center experience High call volume
experience Flexibility to work 11-8 shift & Saturdays if asked
Hours/Shift/Work Environment: Mon – Fri 40-hour work week, either
8:00am-4:30 or 9:00am- 5:30pm to start MUST be able to pivot to an
11am-8pm shift after training with the occasional Saturday This is
a fast-paced call center that is results driven but does operate in
a more laid-back fashion compared to other call centers. If

Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of White
Plains, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is
$18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits
and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
