Job Description:
At GEICO, a leader in the auto insurance industry, we pride

are currently seeking a Commercial Agency Support Representative to
join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be a vital point of
communication between commercial clients and our agency, ensuring
all customer service interactions are handled with excellence. Your
daily activities will include resolving client issues, providing
product information, and supporting overall client engagement with
GEICO's insurance products. Act as the first point of contact for
commercial agency inquiries, providing timely and accurate
responses. Guide customers through the insurance policy selection
and purchasing processes. Resolve complaints and answer queries
related to our insurance products and services. Collaborate with
sales and underwriting teams to ensure client needs are met and
policies are appropriately managed. Maintain up-to-date knowledge
of GEICO’s insurance products and offerings to provide accurate
information to clients. Assist in customer retention and policy
renewal efforts. Document all customer interactions in the
company’s CRM system to ensure consistency and quality of service.
Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to
multitask and manage time effectively Familiarity with CRM systems
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Basic knowledge
of insurance industry, products, and services Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification
in Customer Service Management (CSM) or equivalent is a plus.
Familiarity with insurance regulations and licensing may be
beneficial.
