Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY As Senior Graphic Designer you are responsible for
creating an array of print, digital and electronic materials for
ANA Enterprise Marketing & Communications marketing, web, email,
social media, publishing, and event projects and campaigns to meet
the goals and objectives of the ANA Enterprise Strategic plan and
organizational priorities.WHAT YOU WILL DO Create graphic design
solutions for digital campaigns, social media campaigns, email
campaigns, print campaigns, direct mail campaigns, print/online
publications, exhibits, meeting/event campaigns, videos, and other
marketing and promotional materialsCoordinate with Traffic &
Project Manager on project scheduling and provide regular updates
from job assignment to completionWork closely with in-house account
managers and brand managers as a "creative partner" on marketing,
communications, social media and editorial projects as assignedSit
in on Business Line client meetings as needed to understand project
details or present and explain creative solutionsMaintain project
files and creative assets in ANA's Digital Asset Management
systemPerforms special projects and serves on teams and committees
across the ANA Enterprise as assignedWHAT YOU BRING TO THE ANA
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience required,
preferably in advertising, marketing, or communications5+ years of
experience working in an in-house marketing department, production,
or agency environment; Healthcare or nursing industry knowledge a
plusExpertise in print, digital, signage and event design with a
strong creative flairProficient in Adobe Creative Suite-InDesign,
Illustrator, Photoshop Familiar with Animate and After
EffectsAbility to multi-task, meet deadlines, and adhere to
organization brand standardsAbility to work on design projects
independently and effectively with minimal supervision Good
written, verbal and listening communication skillsGreat work ethic
