Job Description Job Description Must have completed Behavior
Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. Supporting elementary and
high school students in specialized programs as a Registered
Behavior Technician (RBT) offers a rewarding opportunity to
directly impact student growth and development. We are seeking
skilled RBTs to provide individualized and programmatic behavioral
support within an educational setting from now through mid-June.
Locations and Focus Areas: Walkersville High School: One-to-one
student support Centerville Elementary: Programmatic behavior
assistance Key Responsibilities: Implement behavior intervention
plans under the supervision of a licensed professional Monitor and
document student progress and behaviors accurately Collaborate with
educators, administrators, and parents to support student needs
Maintain compliance with all relevant policies and procedures
Qualifications: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license
is required Experience working with children in educational or
clinical settings preferred Strong communication and interpersonal
skills Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary
team Contract Details: Position type: Contract, School Year (CSY)
