Job Description Job Description Early Childhood Educator Location: Harrisburg, PA Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week) Pay Range: $14.00 to $16.00 per hour to start, with a review after 90 days About the Role: We are seeking dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educators who are committed to making a long-term impact. Key Responsibilities: Create and facilitate engaging, age-appropriate learning activities Support children’s emotional, cognitive, and social development Maintain a safe and nurturing classroom environment Communicate effectively with families and fellow staff Uphold center policies and professional standards at all times Who We’re Looking For: We are seeking individuals who truly want to build a career—not just a job . Candidates must demonstrate reliability and a genuine interest in early childhood education. Frequent call-offs or lack of commitment will not be tolerated.
