Job Description:
1 opening on Day Shift --- 8am --- 5pm SHIFT - 100% onsite work
in Silver Springs, MD (occasional remote work from home when
directed and approved by DELL). 1 hour lunch, Monday-Friday MUST
HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORATION (OWN CAR) --- NO METRO ACCESS EITHER
FDA/DELL project accepts the following (must have one of these): A
Vanilla (non-CE version) A CE Network CE Security CE We---ve been
on this contract now for 6 years Location is Silver Springs, MD It
takes about 2-8 weeks to get FDA Cleared, cannot start till they
are cleared Just need to be clearable to get selected Someone who
holds a current clearance tends to get through the process much
faster Must have a car/reliable transportation for ---some---
remote site travel that is reimbursable (mileage). Once trained
(after a couple of months), they ---might have to assist at sites
3-5 miles away. They would get ---intra-site mileage--- if they did
do this. Candidate must be customer service oriented. At least 2
years of technical experience troubleshooting issues and working
with laptops, desktops, LAN networks, Microsoft Office suite,
installing various types of software, and printers in a Windows
environment. At least 1 year of experience migrating data from one
machine to another. ---Candidate must have 2 forms of ID so that
they can complete the on-boarding process. Phone interviews are
required Candidate must provide 3 professional references.
Candidate must have a vehicle and be willing to travel to local FDA
locations in Rockville, College Park and surrounding areas
periodically as needed. Professional, polished, customer-oriented
