OverviewTo research, evaluate, analyze, design, implement, and maintain system and product solutions, applying knowledge of engineering principles. To develop and evaluate information, and prepare recommendations based on analysis for use in decision making. To support the respective ETS group's functions, projects, and activities.ResponsibilitiesFull life-cycle project managementEstablish and lead project teamsDevelop project plan/scope/schedule/cost/communicationsProcure and/or manage resources/timelines/deadlines/qualityRisk, Issue and Change managementEnsure successful project implementationScope of responsibilityApply engineering principles into the design and enhancement of new and existing systemsEnsure the security and integrity of system and product solutions including compliance with Navy Federal, industry engineering and Information Security principles and practicesPerform engineering tasks and assignments in support of business needsPerform engineering technology research, procurement, deployment, and configuration for new and modified systemsPresent clear, organized and concise information to all audiences through a variety of media to enable effective business decisionsAnalyze functional, technical, and project requirements to determine the most appropriate application testing approachAbility to work in SAFe Agile methodology with product teamWork with the business unit and product team to define requirementsCreate effective test strategies, plans, and scriptsPerform integration, regression, and functional testing on changes/enhancementsSupport business unit through a testing processAnalyze information, requirements, data, work quality, work methods, processes, service specific practices, standards and metrics/statisticsInterpret results of analysis; present recommendations, including alternatives and implicationsCollaborate with other business units to analyze and improve processing procedures and resolve problemsAnalyze changes in policies, procedures and products;
