Maintenance Mechanic Level-4

As a Maintenance Mechanic LVL-4 here at Honeywell, you will
play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our
facilities in Baltimore, MD. You will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance,
troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical equipment and systems. Your expertise
in mechanical maintenance will contribute to the overall efficiency and
reliability of our facilities. In this role, you will impact the operational
efficiency and productivity of our facilities by ensuring the proper
functioning of mechanical equipment and systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

--- Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment and
systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
--- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, and repair or
replace defective components.
--- Conduct regular inspections of mechanical systems and
equipment to identify potential problems and address them proactively.
--- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate
maintenance activities and ensure timely completion of work orders.
--- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities,
including repairs, replacements, and inspections.
--- Comply with safety regulations and maintain a safe working
environment.YOU MUST HAVE

--- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic
or similar role.
--- High School diploma or equivalent.

Engineering or a related field.
--- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial
environment.
--- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
