This is a customer-facing, residential service role where you’ll meet the customer in their home, complete the necessary repairs or maintenance, and talk with them about recommended solutions. This role is at a newly established Aire Serv franchise committed to providing top-notch HVAC services to residential clients in Northern Virginia. Deliver World-Class Service – Deliver an amazing experience for our customers. Troubleshoot and Provide System Maintenance – Consult with clients regarding their heating and air conditioning systems, understand their concerns, and diagnose and fix the issue correctly. Advise on System Upgrades, Improvements, and Service Plans – Help customers uncover additional opportunities and needs related to their home comfort and air quality while offering your expert recommendation for the best solution. Job Requirements These are the minimum requirements to be considered for this position. 5 years of experience in residential HVAC Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift 60 lbs.
