Job Description Job Description Join the Fidelis Team as an Industrial Automation Technician–1st Shift – $26–$32 We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations on 1st shift. What You’ll Do - Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems - Perform preventive and routine maintenance to keep equipment running - Use multimeters & electrical diagrams to diagnose issues - Repair or replace motors, sensors, wiring, switches, drives, and controls - Support PMs, parts changes, and machine adjustments - Work with production to minimize downtime - Log repairs and parts in the CMMS - Assist with equipment installs, upgrades, and modifications ? Highly Preferred Experience - PLC troubleshooting - VFD experience - Yaskawa robotics experience - CMMS platforms ?
