RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Proposal Manager in Hyattsville, MD.

Summary:You will be responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operations of the Contractor and will be the primary contact for the Government. The Program Manager will provide strategic vision, viable solutions and tactical direction for client and program success to multiple teams and customers. This individual will be responsible for project and program oversight and performance while providing business planning, market analysis, technology and business solutions, support for new business development and coordination of key services to advance the organization. This leader is professionally prepared to assume a dynamic management role, providing leadership and guidance to a team supporting multiple complex programs and projects.Responsibilities: * Manage and implement the overall contract requirements (including Agile CLINs) and tasks including technical operations, resources, and budget* Maintain open communication with the Government to ensure support for the program and a positive relationship with the contracting organization* Ensure that all contract deliverables and performance metrics are met* Organize, direct, coordinate planning, and implement all contract support activities* Coordinate financial and staffing resources* Monitor and analyze contract and performance data and report results to the Government* Implement the quality assurance plan and ensure quality assurance* Ensure that GSA CCS experience and feedback data are continually integrated into the QA program* Suggest improvements, efficiencies, and cost-cutting strategies based on observations of the operation and quality of customer experiences* Evaluate emerging contact center technologies, present recommendations to leadership, and implement chosen technologiesREQUIREMENTS:* Bachelor's or master's degree in Information and Telecommunications for Business, Business Management, or another related field* Eight or more years' experience in managing complex budgets, human, and other administrative resources involved with the operation of a major communications program* Experience with the Government contracting environment is desired* Experience in identifying innovative solutions and mobilizing to adapt to new technologies and program priorities* Excellent written and oral communications skills
