    We are searching for a dynamic Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis to join our Team in Silver Spring, MD!What you do:Manager, FP&A leverages a strong accounting background to explore historical financial data, predict future results and drive process and policy improvements for PE GI Solutions and our Partnered Practices. This position requires a high degree of organization, prioritization, professional communications, ability to interpret data and take initiative, as well as attention to detail. The individual must have the ability to present data and make recommendations based on findings to effect change.
    What you will be working on:
    • Gather and organize financial data from multiple sources
    • Compile and analyze financial reports and identify/interpret trends
    • Prepare financial reports and analyses with reliable conclusions that management can use to implement more effective operational strategies
    • Identify trends in financial performance and provide recommendations for improvements
    • Prepare annual budgets for multiple entities including communicating with management and projecting revenue and expenses with assistance from management
    • Prepare financial presentations that are concise and easy to understand and that tell a required "story" to influence change in a meaningful way
      • Prepare detailed forecast models
      • Prepare projections for expansions of existing locations and special projects as assigned
      • Evaluate the purchase price of potential targets under a variety of scenarios.
      • Perform research and analysis for potential acquisition opportunities, including analyzing market conditions, competitors, risk, valuation, and other applicable metrics.
      • Analyze healthcare Accounts Receivable data to identify trends and determine impact on revenue
      • Coordinate with RCM team to research billing data trends in order to identify areas of opportunity
      • Assist with preliminary due diligence on target acquisition practices to pre-screen opportunities for advancement through the pipeline
        • Review and analyze historical financial statements and historical tax returns
        • Review and analyze CPT volume by physician
        • Review and analyze Payer mix
        • Review and analyze miscellaneous information
        • Assist with integration of new practices joining the platform
        • Undertake special analytical projects as needed

            What you know:To be successful in this role you will have the following experience or knowledge:
            • BS degree in business, healthcare management or finance combined with the complementary work experience
            • 7+ years of progressive financial and healthcare management experience.
            • Effective oral and written communication as well as excellent organizational skills and high-level of attention to detail.
            • Ability to interact and influence peers, managers and senior leaders through strong written and oral communication
            • Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook.
              • Prior experience in healthcare industry
