Work you'll do
This Digital Transformation Leader works to blend sales and
delivery across the eastern United States. They collaborate with
the NASCIO team and other business leaders to grow our digital
government and transformation practice within Deloitte Consulting.
Candidates should have strong relationship management skills and be
willing to open doors and build new client relationships that are
deep and durable, beyond the project and beyond the budget.
Candidates should have a proven track record in selling and/or
procuring professional services to/for GPS clients, an
entrepreneurial spirit, and relevant industry experience.
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree or above
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without
the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the
- Ability to travel 20 - 50%, on average, based on the work you
do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Experience leading aspects of a transformation across customer
service and master data management
- Reputation of building a digital organization and culture,
establishing state identities focused on public trust
- At least 5-10 years in state or local government
- Thorough understanding of state processes such as procurement,
budgeting, hiring and recruiting
- Experience as a CIO or Chief Customer Officer with experience
leading Digital Transformation
