Service Sales Division Join our busy and growing team in one of the
largest / highest volume branches in LTP! The Branch Sales Manager
( Branch GM ) is accountable and provides leadership to the
Plumbing Division. Great opportunity! Established team of awesome
Service Techs, strong Service Managers, Zone Dispatch -- a skilled
Branch Manager can step in and make this high performing team their
own!The position has full P&L accountability, drives Business
Development, Training and Customer Service for a
multi-million-dollar residential plumbing service operation.
Through the direct supervision of the Service Managers, the Branch
Manager oversees the Service Technicians and Branch Operations.

for lead this high performing location! ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Full P&L Accountability for the Branch Location. Develop and
communicate a Business Plan tied to the area of responsibility;
motivate and fully mobilize the organization to achieve the
Business Plan. Increase revenue level and gross profit goals
through Business Development; i.e. geographical expansion; new
lines of service, etc. Run and direct professional sales
organization: accountability over sales conversion rate, revenue,
profitability, customer service. Organizational Development: work
in partnership with Executive Team to develop a winning
organization through career pathing and training/development.
Recruit, retain and develop talent to successfully drive high
levels of performance to meet revenue and profitability targets
following company's KPI's and performance driven business model.
Drive the organization to consistently deliver on our brand promise
of 'same day' service and an excellent customer service experience
at every touch point in the service delivery cycle. Participate in
the full development of a Training and Onboarding program to
include technical, soft skills, Safety/OSHA, ride-alongs, coaching
both at the Managerial, Professional and Technician.
QUALIFICATIONS/ABILITIES: Outstanding leadership and communication
skills at all levels of the organization. Demonstrate high levels
of collaboration cross-functionally Excellent business acumen;
Ability to develop, communicate and carry out a Business Plan.
Strong analytical Skills: review, interpret, draw conclusions and
formulate actions based on KPI's and other data.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
highly preferred. 5+ years experience in the Service Industry in a
managerial role with a proven history of; P&L Accountability,
Sales, Training/Development, Sales/Operations; Customer Service.
Sales experience strongly desirable. OSHA/SAFETY Experience.
Experience in similar consumer - service industry: Plumbing, HVAC,
Home Improvement, Construction would be helpful. Compensation Our
