Job Number: R0144063 IT Program Manager, LeadKey Role: Design, implement, and maintain strategic, multi-disciplinary IT programs in support of corporate strategy. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision and mentor or supervise employees in both firm and technical competencies. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely. Basic Qualifications: * 10+ years of experience with healthcare consulting, including project delivery, client engagement, and relationship management * 5+ years of experience with leading teams in a collaborative, matrixed environment * 3+ years of experience with business process management tools, including Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Pega software, frameworks, and functional systems * Experience with development of Pega applications using Pega 7.x or Pega 8.x * Experience with architecting and designing business applications using Pega PRPC or Pega solution frameworks * Ability to obtain a security clearance * Bachelor''s degree Additional Qualifications: * Experience with configuration, deployment, and testing of enterprise software applications in Appian to Agile delivery methodologies * Experience in client facing situations and with presenting complex technical concepts and designs to a variety of audiences * Experience with developing and implementing a business development plan to identify new opportunities, mature relationships, develop intellectual capital and proposals, and capture new business * Experience with JavaScript, HTML, React.js, CSS, or Angular.js * Master''s degree * Pega Senior System Architect Certification * Pega Lead System Architect Certification * Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
