CASA & CASA IN ACTION SYNOPSIS:

common goal of supporting immigrant's communities, they are
separate organizations with their own board of directors. A set of
employees at the two organizations, including the person filling
this position, shares their time between the two organizations.
This has no effect on salary or benefits.
DEPARTMENT SYNOPSIS:
CASA seeks a Director of Human Resources (HR) to strengthen and
implement administrative and operational processes, procedures, and
policies, while directly overseeing the Human Resources department.
The HR department is passionate about building amazing experiences
for all staff across all of CASA's footprint. The HR department
helps to meet the organizations goals, while ensuring staff
productivity, engagement, and retention is high, and staff feel
welcome at CASA. As a member of the senior leadership team, the
Director will provide leadership and strategy to the organization
ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Director of
Human Resources is responsible for the central coordination of all
administrative functions of the Human Resources department,
ensuring alignment with the organization's mission. The Director
will be responsible for enhancing the organization's Human
Resources department by evaluating, planning, and implementing
programs in support of core functional areas, including,
compensation and benefits, compliance, HR systems, employee
engagement and retention, performance management and development,
and organizational strategy. The Director is an active member of
the Executive leadership team, reports to the COO, and manages
direct reports.
