Overview:Embark Behavioral Health is looking for an Assistant
Clinical Director who is committed to our mission of reducing
adolescent anxiety, depression and suicide to support our
outpatient mental health clinic in Tysons Corner, VA.The Assistant
Clinical Director supports the Clinical Director by providing
leadership to the therapists and case managers and by assisting in
program development and management of clinical and administrative
tasks and provides direct services for group, individual & family
therapy. This position will be responsible for carrying a clinical
caseload in addition to their supervisory responsibilities.Salary
Range: $80,000 - $95,000 per year (DOE)Sign On Bonus:

change.#LI-DT1Responsibilities:Supports Clinical Director in
leadership of clinical department in the development and
implementation of short- and long-range plans and policies and
other activities.Assists in the development, implementation, and
accomplishment of the clinical departments quarterly and annual
goals.Participates in a minimum of 20 weekly hours of direct
clinical care in individual, group and/or family therapy sessions
and maintains an active caseload of clients.Prepare and present
clinical training.Provide supervision to clinicians as assigned by
Clinical Director.Evidence-Based Practices: Emphasize your
knowledge and experience with evidence-based therapeutic approaches
and interventions.Client-Centered Approach: Stress your commitment
to providing client-centered care, tailoring therapy to meet
individual needs.Drive the Threapeutic Process: Conduct Family,
Group, and Individual Therapy sessions with a focus on driving
therapeutic progress.Cultural Competence: Highlighting the ability
to work with a diverse population and understanding cultural
nuances is crucial, especially in a diverse area like
Ashburn.Collaborative Care: Express a willingness to work
collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including
physicians, psychiatrists, and other specialists.Effectively manage
case assignments, ensuring a manageable caseload to facilitate the
establishment of strong client rapport.Maintain compliance with
treatment standards through meticulous documentation of notes and
adherence to MTP (Master Treatment Plan) standard
requirements.Contribute to the achievement of program goals by
implementing and meeting outcomes testing and standards.Oversee the
fulfillment of program completion and discharge requirements for
all students.Develop comprehensive discharge plans for students,
ensuring thorough review with both students and their family

and contributing to generational healing.Qualifications:Minimum:
Master's Degree in Behavioral Sciences, including Social Work
(MSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), Licensed Professional
Counselor (LPC), or a related discipline.Minimum: Clinical
Licensure in the State of Virginia.Minimum: Licensed Clinical
Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
(LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor.Minimum: Experience in
an outpatient (IOP/PHP), residential or high acuity setting using
relational, experiential, and systemic modalities.Preferred: Two
years of working experience as a licensed therapist leading
individual, family, and group therapy sessions.Preferred: One year
of experience using relational, experiential, and systemic
modalities.A genuine passion for counseling teens and young
adults.Strong clinical skills and a steadfast commitment to
evidence-based practices.Proficiency in incorporating clinical
diagnostic and assessment instruments to monitor client progress
