you!Reporting to the Deputy Director, the Associate Director for
Clinical Oversight, is responsible for the programmatic and
operational management of therapeutic support services for children
served by family reunification programs. The AD will ensure quality
service provision and coordination of services to UC. This role
closely collaborates with Associate Directors and the Deputy
Director for FR to ensure the implementation of high-quality
intensive intervention services within the family reunification

- Provide strategic leadership and implementation for the
intervention services team to support implementing staff to ensure
alignment for services with federal and Global Refuge
standards.
- Provides leadership through a clinical framework to ensure
intervention services staff are aligned with client needs and
service requirements.
- Provides service direction and consultation for difficult cases
with case management staff and provides direction to ensure
compliance with program requirements.
- Remains knowledgeable of complex mental health/trauma, medical,
safety, and juvenile justice issues that impact children who are
referred for post release services with special focus on family
preservation service innovations.
- Significantly contribute to and manage numerous funding reports
and proposal submissions; review and edit quarterly, annual and
monitoring reports for intensive intervention services.
- Develop consistent, effective, and efficient practices
regarding program service delivery in collaboration with Deputy
Director.
- Other duties as assigned,QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in social work or professional counseling
required, plus at least four years of postgraduate direct clinical
service experience.
- Five (5) years progressively responsible managerial experience
including experience managing staff, volunteers, and/or
interns.
- At least three (3) years of experience providing administrative
supervision and clinical supervision to case managers.
- LCSW, LCPC, or equivalent independent clinical licensure
required.
- Certification in CBT required, Trauma focused CBT
preferred.
- Licensed to provide clinical supervision.
- Experience in program development, administration, and budget
oversight.
- Experience working with diverse client populations,
particularly immigrants and refugees.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to Global Refuge's core mission and values and an

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Must be willing and able to clear a criminal background
check.
- Must be willing and able to request and clear Child Abuse and
Neglect background check in all states lived within previous 5
years, updated as required.
- Must obtain a negative TB Test yearly.
- Must be willing and able to obtain FBI fingerprint check every
5 years.
- Spanish language fluency required / preferred.
- Must have valid driver's license and MVA check free of major
