Solution Delivery

• Work with program manager and team to help the team to meet SLA metrics - - - -
• Work closely with the customers to improve process and customer satisfaction

  • Qualifications

  • 5+ years in CRM/process analysis - - - -
  • PMP or Agile SCRUM certification required - - - -
  • Must have hands on experience with ServiceNow and/or JIRA - - - -
