Job Description:

Adventist HealthCare Home Health seeks to hire Home Health Registered Nurses to work in various territories throughout the Maryland region. As a Home Health RN you will enjoy a flexible work schedule, autonomy as well as an unlimited earning potential!As a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) you will:

  • Provide nursing care to patients in their home under the direction of the Nursing Supervisor
  • Supervise the work of field Home Health Aids/LPN staff
  • Coordinate a plan of care with patient's healthcare team
  • Make appropriate interventions to advocate for safe and effective care addressing all of the patient's needsQualifications include:
    • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a minimum of an Associate of Science degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
    • One-year acute care experience
    • Valid RN license required
    • Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
