Job DescriptionHealogics is hiring a full-time Clinical Nurse Manager for our Adventist White Oak Medical Center Wound Care Center in Silver Spring, MD

Our Clinical Nurse Manager will work in collaboration with the Program Director to provide high-quality wound care within a Healogics Wound Care Center. They will receive Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and Comprehensive Clinical Wound Care Training to help ensure optimal healing outcomes and patient satisfaction. Ideal candidates have a passion for wound care – while knowledge of wound care is preferred, previous experience is not required.

Clinical Nurse Manager Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for patient care assessment, planning, implementation, and quality improvement
• Organize and prioritize clinical responsibilities
• Provide clinical oversight to clinical staff
• May be required to provide case management to a group of patients
• Consistently looks at current processes and procedures, and identifies and implements areas of improvementClinical Nurse Manager Education and Experience Requirements:
  • An Associate's Degree in Nursing; Bachelor's in Nursing preferred
  • Current RN License in state of practice
  • One year experience as an RN required. Two (2) or more years' experience preferred
