Up to $5000 additional annual compensation for completion of licensure requirements Clinical staff reimbursements for CEU'sProfessional training and advancement Clinical supervision hours to staff at no cost THE THERAPIST JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE: Serves as therapist in IOP and continued care groups, as well as provide individual therapy as needed for SUD and/or mental health disorders.Organizes and makes educational presentations related to behavioral health and recovery.Collaborates with medical staff and treatment team as a whole. Responsible for maintaining electronic health records which include documentation of treatment activity and progress.Ensures that patient records are accurate, comprehensive and meets regulatory standards.Evening hours 12:30-8:30p REQUIREMENTS: (Therapist) Must hold one of the following types of licenses in the state in which services will be provided:LMSW: Licensed Master Social WorkerLGSW: Licensed Graduate Social WorkerLGPC: Licensed Graduate Professional CounselorLGADC: Licensed Graduate Alcohol and Drug CounselorLCPC: Strong administrative, verbal and written communication skillsREQUIREMENTS: SUD CounselorADT: Alcohol and Drug Trainee CAC-AD: Certified Associate Alcohol and Drug Counselor CAC-I: Certified Addictions Counselor I CAC-II: Certified Addictions Counselor II CSAC: Certified Substance Abuse Counselor CSC-AD: Supervised Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: If disclosed that the staff is in recovery from alcohol and drug dependency a minimum of five years continuous sobriety is required.
