Job Description:
The MRI Technologist performs routine and advanced imaging
procedures, supports colleagues, and ensures efficient patient
flow.
Flexibility to work different shifts and campuses as needed, with
responsibilities including troubleshooting, QA, and maintaining
safety standards.
Provides basic MRI screening, prepares equipment, and addresses
image processing and archiving issues.
Adheres to organizational values, maintains professionalism,
confidentiality, and competency in imaging procedures.
Promotes staff development, collaborates with medical staff, and
ensures compliance with policies and regulations.
Scans and stores exams correctly, follows downtime protocols, and
reports equipment issues for resolution.
Requires a Radiology Technology degree, MRI certification within
one year, BLS certification, and preferred one year of hospital
experience.
Full-time position with an emphasis on safety, technical skills,
and excellent patient care.
