Job Description:
Surgical Technologist - First Assist If you are an experienced
surgical technologist passionate about assisting in advanced
surgical procedures, join us as a Surgical Technologist - First
Assist . In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting
surgeons during operations by ensuring precision and maintaining a
sterile environment. Key Responsibilities: Sterilize instruments
and prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures. Assist
surgeons during operations by passing instruments, suturing
incisions, or holding retractors as needed. Ensure the sterile
field is maintained throughout the procedure to prevent infections.
Monitor equipment functionality during surgeries and report any
issues promptly to ensure smooth operations. Prepare patients for
surgery by positioning them appropriately on the operating table
and applying sterile drapes specific to the procedure being
performed. Work Environment: The role is primarily based in
hospital operating rooms or specialized surgical centers equipped
for advanced procedures. This position requires focus and stamina
in high-pressure environments where precision is critical for
