Job Description:
JOB OVERVIEW We are seeking a skilled and motivated Certified
Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our oral surgery team. The ideal
candidate is enthusiastic, adaptable, and able to thrive in a
fast-paced environment while providing top-notch patient care. As
part of a collaborative surgical team, the CNA will assist in
surgeries, patient preparation, documentation, and post-operative
care. A strong focus on patient safety, communication, and team

we encourage you to apply. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Assist
surgeons during oral surgery procedures, including starting
intravenous (IV) lines and ensuring all necessary equipment is
available. - Monitor and maintain aseptic technique throughout
surgeries to ensure patient safety. - Prepare patients for surgery
and discharge, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete. -
Verify patient identity and operative sites to confirm procedural
accuracy. - Discuss the nature of the surgical procedure with the
surgeon, including operative consent, patient-advanced directives,
and other needs. - Monitor patient’s intra-operative and
post-operative status and report any concerns. - Obtain dental
radiographs and digital imaging as needed. - Complete patient
clinical narratives accurately and promptly. - Perform other
related duties as assigned by the surgeon or practice management.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN). - Graduate from an accredited
school/college of nursing required. - Minimum of two years of
relevant experience in a medical or surgical setting. - Current BLS
certification or ability to complete within one month of hire. -
Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced
environment. PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS - At least one year of
experience in oral surgery, dental surgery, or a related field. -
Familiarity with dental radiographs and imaging techniques. -
Excellent communication and documentation skills to support patient
