Job Description Locums - Gastroenterology - Call Only - Lebanon,
PA Why This Role? - Flexible 7-day call blocks starting Friday or
Monday - Balanced case mix of inpatient rounding, ED consults, and
procedures - Supportive environment in a 175-bed hospital with Epic
EMR - Ongoing need through September 2025 Duration: ASAP -
September 1, 2025 Coverage Type: Call Only Schedule: 7-day blocks
from Friday 5 PM to Friday 5 PM or Monday 7 AM to Monday 7 AM
Clinical Details: - Inpatient and outpatient settings - 11 to 13
patients per shift - 1 to 4 admissions per shift - Inpatient
rounding and ED consults during the day - Call response time:
during business hours, 1 hour for urgent after-hours calls - Call
back rate: 100 percent - EMR: Epic - Support team includes nursing
and office staff Requirements: - Board Certified in
Gastroenterology - Active PA license - ACLS - BLS - Clean history
Skills Needed: - Upper GI endoscopy with biopsy, foreign body
removal, fulguration, and variceal injection - Percutaneous
endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) - Esophageal dilation and manometry
interpretation - Small bowel biopsy - Flexible and rigid
sigmoidoscopy - Colonoscopy with biopsy and polyp excision - ERCP
diagnostic and therapeutic procedures (preferred) - Liver biopsy
and Sengstaken-Blakemore tube management (preferred)
