Schedule Shift: 09:00 PM - 07:30 AM Job Description The License/Certificate Verification Position is responsible for ensuring compliance with licensure and certification requirements for personnel. This role involves the verification of relevant documentation and health history related to employment in a healthcare setting. Responsibilities - Conduct license and certificate verifications for new hires. - Review and ensure completion of health history requirements. - Maintain compliance with all professional regulations and standards. - Coordinate necessary health assessments and vaccinations. - Complete all required forms and documents for onboarding new staff. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure - Current state license as applicable. - Completion of health history forms including immunizations. - Background checks including criminal and education verification. - Understanding of confidentiality and patient information protocols.
