Job Opportunity – Cardiac Stepdown Registered Nurse – Washington Start Date: February 9, 2026 Location: Washington Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week, day shift Highlights: 48-bed cardiac-focused stepdown unit with specialized pulmonary care beds Diverse case mix including CHF, NSTEMI, arrhythmias, and vascular surgery patients Experience with frequent IV drips including heparin, milrinone, lasix, and bumex Cerner EMR system in use throughout the facility Progressive care environment focused on cardiac telemetry and stepdown care Must reside 50 miles or more from facility location Requirements: Current RN license in state of practice Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program Minimum 2 years of RN experience required Minimum 2 years of cardiac telemetry experience required NIHSS, BLS, and ACLS certifications required Cerner EMR experience required BSN highly desired Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to work in a specialized cardiac stepdown environment where you'll care for a complex patient population requiring advanced monitoring and critical thinking skills.
