Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Lebanon, PA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,218 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, 17042! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med/Surg/Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years required. License: Active RN License required. Certifications: ACLS required BLS required EPIC experience required Must-Have: Clinical screening required for fit. COVID-19 vaccination required with exemptions allowed. Flu vaccine required with medical/religious exemptions only. Description: This position requires working night shifts. The schedule will include three 12-hour shifts per week. Weekends may be required, likely every other weekend. Candidates will be reviewed by clinical staff to determine clinical fit. After a successful clinical screen, candidates will proceed to a managerial interview. The nurse may care for COVID patients. This is a tobacco and fragrance-free facility. Nurses will float to all Med/Surg floors and potentially to rehabilitation. The patient-to-nurse ratio is 6:1 during the night shift. The average daily census is between 25 to 30 patients. The unit cares for patients with conditions such as heart failure exacerbations, respiratory illnesses, and general surgery needs. Occasional stable open-heart surgery patients may be transferred to the Med/Surg floor. The unit collaborates with various interdisciplinary support services, including physical therapy and pharmacy.
