Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location: Alexandria, VA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,209 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/2/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12 hours Hours per Shift: 1100am - 1130pm Experience: 2 years minimum License: RN License required Certifications: BLS (must be AHA), CNOR preferred Must-Have: Must be able to scrub and circulate. Experience in thoracic, trauma, neuro, spine, ortho, and robotics is a must. Description: Common types of cases include ortho, neuro, maxillofacial, ENT, plastics, vascular, colo-rectal, general, GYN, robotics, urology, spine, podiatry, thoracic, and breast. The unit has 11 surgical suites. Typically, 25-35 cases are performed per day. Electronic Medical Record system used is EPIC. Scrubs are provided. The schedule includes 2-4 call shifts, which may include overnight and weekend shifts. On-call expectations apply for holidays if the dates fall within the contract timeframe.
