Registered Nurse (RN) | Endoscopy Location: Washington, DC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,244 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/16/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Endoscopy RN in Washington, Washington DC, 20010! Job Title: Endoscopy Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Endoscopy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum 2 years required License: Must have a DC license in hand prior to the start date Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: - Must provide proof of pending status at the time of submission. - Must have the DC license in hand prior to the start date. Description: Endoscopy Registered Nurse for Day 4x10 shifts. Local candidates are encouraged to apply. Weekday on-call coverage is required from 1730-0700 once per week. Weekend on-call coverage is every 6th or 7th weekend from Monday and Friday evening 1730-0700. Saturday and Sunday on-call coverage is for 24 hours starting at 0700. Floating is required within competency areas in the GI suite. Pending DC license is accepted. Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Endoscopy with pre-op, intra-procedural, and PACU skills. Willing to take first-time travelers if they have the required experience. Scrubs or street clothes can be worn, followed by changing into hospital laundry scrubs. Patient age groups include pediatrics and adults. Staffing ratios are Pre-op 1:2, Intra-procedural 1:1, PACU 1:2. Nurses must be able to function in Pre-op, Intra-Procedural, and PACU settings. Daily patient diagnoses include screening, cancer, polys, stones, and strictures.
