Job Description Job Description Licensed Mental Health Therapist Location: Remote – Virginia Licensed Only Compensation: $45 - LMSW/LGPC- requiring supervision , $65 - LCSW-C/LCPC/LMFT per billable hour! ? Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time | Preferred hours: Weekdays 2 PM–9 PM. Weekend availability is plus! What You'll Do: Provide individual, family, and group therapy via secure telehealth Conduct intakes, assessments, and client-driven treatment plans Collaborate with PMHNPs, psychiatrists, peer clinicians, and supervisory team Maintain timely, accurate notes in our EHR Support families with education, tools, and ongoing care coordination Target 15-32 sessions/week ( maintaining between 22-36 hours of availability weekly depending on employment status ) Compensation & Benefits: $45–$65 per billable hour - ( depending on license type ) Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) 3% Company Match Employee Assistance Program & $25,000 Life Insurance Policy ( covered 100% by Backpack ) Paid Time Off CEU Reimbursement ( up to $300/annually ) Ongoing Training Supervisor roles available for qualified team members Be a Leader in Clinical Education Backpack is home to a growing Residency and Fellowship Program for new clinicians. Qualifications: Must hold one of the following Virginia licenses : LPC, LCSW, LPC-R, LMSW Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Passion for serving children, teens, and young adults Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred!
