Job Description Job Description Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT) – Float Location: Ashburn, VA Duration: 14 Weeks Schedule: 8:50 AM – 3:40 PM Pay Rate: $50 – $54 per hour Job Summary "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a float team supporting multiple school locations. The OT will deliver high-quality occupational therapy services, working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to promote student success, functional independence, and participation in educational activities. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide direct therapy services in alignment with IEPs, care plans, and best practice standards. Collaborate with teachers, staff, families, and related service providers to support student goals. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation per state and district regulations. Travel between assigned locations as needed to provide coverage and support. Qualifications Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of practice. Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
