Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist position is available in Front Royal,
VA, serving a diverse PreK-12 student population within a school
setting. The contract runs from August 3, 2026, through May 27,
2027, with work scheduled Monday through Friday. This role requires
providing direct and indirect therapy services in various settings,
including individual, small group, and classroom environments,
addressing the unique speech and language needs of each student.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver assessments and therapy aligned with
individual education plans (IEPs) across PreK-12 caseload.
Participate actively in eligibility screenings, IEP meetings, and
multidisciplinary team conferences. Collaborate closely with
teachers and school staff to integrate therapy goals and support
student progress. Travel as needed between multiple school
buildings to meet caseload requirements. Qualifications &
Experience: Valid Virginia license or eligibility to obtain
licensure as an SLP. Completed Speech-Language Pathology Clinical
Fellowship Year (CFY). Experience working in school environments,
with proficiency in pediatric caseloads. Certification of Clinical
Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred. Strong
ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Benefits:
