You'll work alongside skilled therapists to deliver high-intensity treatments tailored to individual patient needs, ensuring the highest standards of care and efficiency in therapy execution. Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans. Document patient responses and progress. Educate patients and families about post-treatment care. Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment. Support patient mobility with therapy exercises. Strong knowledge of therapy techniques and tools Professional demeanor and sensitivity to patient needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Capability to handle physical demands of patient assistance Proficiency in maintaining records and using relevant software Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Licensed or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the practicing state CPR certified
