Evaluate patient's respiratory conditions through diagnostic testing and consultations. Develop and implement treatment plans using respiratory therapies, such as aerosol medications and chest physiotherapy. Operate and maintain various respiratory equipment, including ventilators and CPAP machines. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary healthcare teams to facilitate patient care. Educate patients and families on lung health, treatment plans, and home care strategies. Follow healthcare regulations and safety standards to ensure a safe environment for both patients and staff. Expertise in pulmonary medicine and ventilatory support. Ability to work in high-pressure situations. Proficient in using respiratory care equipment and monitoring devices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). Valid state license as a Respiratory Therapist.
