Duties and Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, including exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning Deliver patient-centered, culturally sensitive care using evidence-based medicine Prescribe medications, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and coordinate referrals as needed Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary care team to support whole-person care Educate patients on health conditions and preventative care Maintain accurate and timely documentation for clinical care and compliance Stay current with clinical guidelines and best practices Working Hours & Environment This opportunity offers flexibility with both a temporary and permanent option. A 1099 temporary position is available in Coatesville, while a permanent position is based in New Holland. New Holland offers a flexible schedule with clinic hours on Monday and Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and extended hours on Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with potential for a four-day work week. Providers participate in an on-call rotation approximately every third weekend and practice within a supportive, collaborative team environment utilizing the Athena EMR system.
